Group texting for business is different from broadcast messaging. Group messaging includes multiple recipients in a group thread. This is a thread where everyone in the group sees everyone's responses. Broadcast messages start new (or contribute to an existing thread) with individuals on a targeted list. Group messages are great when you need to keep multiple people in the loop on a conversation. Maybe there are two decision-makers on an account that need to be on the same page.
