Texting apps for businesses open up so many possibilities for personal and timely texting with customers. On Beetexting, your sales or service teams can send documents like PDFs, word docs, spreadsheets, or really any document right to your customer’s phones.
You can also lighten things up and with emojis and GIFs. MMS also means you can send photos and videos by text as well. While MMS isn’t available on toll-free numbers at this time (industry limitation), it is available on local numbers.
NOTE: if you send an image, video, or document on a toll-free text number, we will automatically upload it and provide your recipient with a link they can click to view and or download what you’ve sent them. Take that industry limitations!
