Use the Non-Multisite flow when the multi-site toggle is not enabled under the Organization tab. This model is best for organizations that connect a single Zoho account to a single Beetexting account, where all synced contacts remain within that one account configuration.
A non-multisite connection supports exactly one Zoho account per Beetexting account, and contacts are not routed or mapped by site.
Prerequisites
A Beetexting user account with CRM integration permissions.
A Zoho account that a Super Admin is authorized to connect.
Permission in Zoho to approve OAuth access for Beetexting.
Step 1: Access CRM Integrations
To begin setting up the Zoho integration, open the CRM integrations area in Beetexting.
Log in to Beetexting at app.beetexting.com. Use either a Super Admin account or an account that has permission to manage CRM integrations.
From the left navigation menu, select Integrations.
On the Integrations page, select CRM.
Click Connect to CRM to start the CRM integration setup. Beetexting then displays the CRM provider selection page, where you can choose Zoho as the CRM provider.
Figure 1: CRM Integrations PageDescription: The CRM page is opened from the Integrations menu. When no CRM is connected, Beetexting displays a Connect to CRM button that starts the CRM setup process.
Step 2: Select Zoho as the CRM Provider
On the CRM provider selection page, choose Zoho as the CRM you want to connect with Beetexting.
Locate the Zoho card on the CRM provider selection page.
Click Connect.
Continue to Zoho authorization. Beetexting redirects you to Zoho, where you can sign in and authorize the connection using Zoho OAuth.
Figure 2: CRM Provider Selection – Zoho CardDescription: The Zoho card appears alongside the other supported CRM providers on the CRM provider selection screen. Click Connect on the Zoho card to start the Zoho authorization process.
Step 3: Authenticate with Zoho
To connect Zoho with Beetexting, you must authorize Beetexting to access your Zoho account.
Sign in to Zoho using the account you want to connect with Beetexting.
Select the correct Zoho account to connect with Beetexting.
Review the requested permissions. Zoho displays the permissions Beetexting requires to complete the integration. Review the permissions carefully, then approve the request to continue.
Complete the authorization. After authorization is successful, Zoho automatically redirects you back to Beetexting, where you can continue with the next step of the Zoho integration setup.
Figure 3: Zoho Sign-In ScreenDescription: Zoho prompts the user to sign in before choosing the Zoho account and reviewing the permissions Beetexting is requesting. After the account is selected and permissions are approved, the user returns to Beetexting.
Step 4: Configure Zoho Field Mapping
After Zoho authentication is complete, Beetexting displays the Zoho Field Mapping screen. On this screen, you can map Beetexting contact fields to the corresponding fields in Zoho and define how data should sync between the two systems.
Review the Beetexting fields listed on the page.
Select a sync type for each field. The sync type determines how data is synchronized between Beetexting and Zoho.
Choose the matching Zoho field from the Zoho Field dropdown.
Select the mapping direction, if you choose a one-way sync type. This determines whether data flows from Beetexting to Zoho or from Zoho to Beetexting.
Configure the Remove contacts deleted in Zoho setting, if available. When this toggle is turned on, Beetexting checks whether a contact deleted in Zoho has any existing conversations or tags in Beetexting. If the contact does not have any conversations or tags, Beetexting permanently deletes the contact. If the contact has existing conversations or tags, Beetexting keeps the contact and adds a note in the contact's Notes section indicating that the contact was deleted in the CRM.
Click Next to continue to the next step.
Figure 4: Zoho Field Mapping – Beetexting Fields to Zoho FieldsDescription: The Field Mapping page lists Beetexting contact fields such as First Name, Last Name, and Email. For each field, the user selects a sync type, maps the matching Zoho property, and sets the mapping direction when one-way sync is used.
Figure 5: Zoho Field Mapping – Remove Contacts Deleted in Zoho ToggleDescription: Further down the Field Mapping page, the Remove contacts deleted in Zoho toggle controls whether Beetexting deletes a contact after it is removed in Zoho. The helper text confirms that contacts with existing conversations are kept rather than deleted.

Sync Type and Mapping Direction
The sync type determines how data is synchronized between Beetexting and Zoho. If you select one-way sync, you must also choose the mapping direction.
Control
Available Option
How It Works
Sync Type
One-way sync
Data syncs in only one selected direction. When this option is selected, the Mapping Direction dropdown remains active.
Sync Type
Two-way sync
Data can be updated from either Zoho or Beetexting. When this option is selected, the Mapping Direction dropdown is disabled because both directions are included.
Mapping Direction
Inbound
Updates from Zoho flow into Beetexting. Use this option when Zoho should be the source of truth for the selected field.
Mapping Direction
Outbound
Updates from Beetexting flow into Zoho. Use this option when Beetexting should update Zoho for the selected field.
Step 5: Pull Existing Zoho Contacts
After field mapping is complete, Beetexting asks whether you want to import existing Zoho contacts into Beetexting. This step applies only to contacts that already exist in Zoho at the time of setup. Future contact updates are handled automatically based on the sync type and mapping direction selected during field mapping.
Review the prompt asking whether you want to pull all existing contacts from your Zoho account.
Select Yes, pull all existing Zoho contacts now, or select No, skip this step.
Click Finish to complete the setup and open the CRM dashboard.
Figure 6: First-Time Contact PullDescription: The First Time Contact Pull screen lets the Super Admin decide whether to import all existing Zoho contacts now or skip the initial import and sync only future changes.
Option
When to Choose It
Expected Result
Yes, pull all existing contacts now
Choose this option if you want existing Zoho contacts to be available in Beetexting immediately.
Beetexting imports current Zoho contacts using the field mappings configured in the previous step.
No, skip this step
Choose this option if you do not want to import existing Zoho contacts during setup.
Existing contacts are not imported into Beetexting. Only future contact updates sync based on the configured sync rules.
CRM Dashboard and Sync History
After the Zoho setup is complete, Beetexting opens the CRM Dashboard. This dashboard gives Super Admins a centralized view of the Zoho connection and provides access to tools for monitoring contact sync activity.
Figure 7: CRM Dashboard and Sync HistoryDescription: The dashboard shows the connected Zoho account, connection controls, Last Sync information, filters, and the Sync History table. If no sync events are available yet, the table displays No History Found.

The Zoho login does not have access to the desired account.
Sign in with the correct Zoho user or ask a Zoho admin to grant access.

Open Sync History, review the failed record, correct the mapping or permissions, and run Sync Now again.
No History Found appears
No sync events have occurred yet or filters are narrowing the results.
Clear filters and run Sync Now to generate a sync event if appropriate.
