How to Add & Manage Teammates as a RingCentral User

How to Add Teammates

1. Start by selecting ‘Settings’ on the left side of the screen
2. Then select ‘Users’ from the top
3. Here you’ll see a list of all the users that are currently within your Beetexting account
4. To add a new user, select ‘Add User’
5. A list of available RingCentral users will display, select the Users that you would like to invite
6. Note: Each user that you invite will increase your invoice by $19.99/mo
7. If you agree to the increase in your bill, select the checkbox then select ‘Send Invitation’

How to Manage Teammates

1. To manage the users on your Beetexting account, start by selecting ‘Settings’ on the left side of the screen
2. Then select ‘Users’ from the top
3. A list of active users within Beetexting will appear, select 'manage' next to the user you would like to manage
4. Once a user is selected, you can assign the user to phone numbers that you have assigned to within RingCentral. If you are the user that created the Beetexting account, you can also delete the user Beetexting altogether.
5. Once any adjustments are made, make sure to select ‘Save’ before exiting
