While a website is preferred, if you do not have a website then you can upload a PDF copy of your Terms & Conditions to your TCR application.

What Should Your SMS Terms and Conditions Include?

From Bandwidth: Terms of Service must have an SMS disclosure that includes the brand name, types of messages consumers can expect to receive, message frequency disclosure, “message and data may apply” disclosure, privacy policy links, and opt-out instructions.

  1. Brand name: This is your company name as listed on your tax documents.
