White-glove Onboarding: How it Works

Our white-glove onboarding service is designed for new customers that want to implement Beetexting quickly, with a high adoption rate from your team. We'll walk you through each step of the onboarding process from guiding you through TCR registration to helping you implement the right features for your use cases.

Step 1

Book Your White-glove Onboarding Kick-off Call

Set up your account with help from Customer Success
  • Review your current phone number setup & determine which phone numbers need to be activated.

  • Get the appropriate numbers activated and registered with TCR

  • Establish your texting goals and develop program that can be measured. 

  • Get all your questions answered such as contact import, conversation import, opt-in/opt-out compliance, texting program strategy, etc.

Training Session

Customize Beetexting for your team's use case
  • Import your contacts and conversations

  • Set up custom contact lists for your texting programs

  • Onboard your team and develop custom SOPs

  • Customize team and user tools (workflows, automated sequences, shared templates, etc.).

Step 3

Resources & Support

Ongoing support to ensure your success.
  • Beetexting success team monitors your texting programs' performance

  • Follow up SOPs and prerecorded guides sent to your users

  • Follow-up group or one-on-one training and ad-hoc VIP screen share support sessions

  • Texting program reporting training
