Data we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the name of your organization. Cookies are used to keep you logged in.  Third-party tracking services are used to gather data about how users use the service. Information that your web browser sends to our web servers is stored. Beetexting is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Information usage

We use the data we collect to deliver and improve the service. We do not share your personal information with outside parties except when it is necessary to deliver or improve the service. We will send you email and text messages and call you to facilitate your use of the service.  We will also communicate with you about the service from time to time. You can unsubscribe from unwanted emails by clicking "unsubscribe" or replying “STOP” to text messages. Your communications with Beetexting servers are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS.

AI and Data Usage for AI Features

Beetexting may provide optional artificial intelligence (“AI”) features to assist in using the service. Use of these features is voluntary.

• Data used for AI training is never retained or used to train AI models unless you expressly opt in.
• If you opt in, any data you choose to make available for AI training will be used solely for the purpose of improving your individualized AI experience, such as customizing your AI agent or configurations.
• Your data will not be used to train or improve Beetexting’s generalized models or services, and it will not be used to benefit other customers.
• If you do not opt in, your data will not be stored or used for AI training beyond what is necessary to provide the AI functionality you initiate.
• AI-related data processing will be performed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Accessing your information

You may access or edit your profile information at any time by logging in to your account.  To deactivate your account and have your data deleted, users may text us at (309) 605-0390.  Beetexting will not retain your data upon account deactivation.
