Our recent Beetexting update may require clearing your browser cache. Follow the instructions below to clear the cache on your chosen browser:
Safari (Mac)
- Open Safari and go to the website.
- In the top menu bar, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences, depending on your version).
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Search for the website if needed, then select it.
- Click Remove (or Remove All if instructed).
- Close Safari completely.
- Reopen Safari and return to the website.
- Try again.
Google Chrome (Mac)
- Open Chrome and go to the website.
- Press Command + Option + I on your keyboard to open Developer Tools.
If that doesnβt work:
- Right-click anywhere on the page.
- Select Inspect.
Once the panel opens:
3. Click the Application tab.
4. In the left-hand menu, select Storage.
5. Click Clear site data.
6. Close Chrome completely.
7. Reopen Chrome and go back to the website.
8. Try again.
Firefox (Mac)
- Open Firefox and go to the website.
- Click Firefox in the top menu bar, then select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click Manage Data.
- Search for the website, select it, and click Remove Selected.
- Click Save Changes.
- Close Firefox completely.
- Reopen Firefox and return to the website.
- Try again.
Windows users can follow the steps below to help address the problem.
- Open the website in your browser.
- Press F12 on your keyboard.
If the inspect panel does not open:
- Right-click anywhere on the page.
- Select Inspect.
Once the inspect panel is open:
3. Click the Application tab at the top.
4. In the left-hand menu, select Storage.
5. Click Clear site data.
6. Close your browser completely.
7. Reopen the browser.
8. Go back to the website and try again.
