New Update: Clear your Cache

Our recent Beetexting update may require clearing your browser cache. Follow the instructions below to clear the cache on your chosen browser:

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari and go to the website.
  2. In the top menu bar, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences, depending on your version).
  3. Go to the Privacy tab.
  4. Click Manage Website Data.
  5. Search for the website if needed, then select it.
  6. Click Remove (or Remove All if instructed).
  7. Close Safari completely.
  8. Reopen Safari and return to the website.
  9. Try again.

Google Chrome (Mac)

  1. Open Chrome and go to the website.
  2. Press Command + Option + I on your keyboard to open Developer Tools.

If that doesn’t work:

  • Right-click anywhere on the page.
  • Select Inspect.

Once the panel opens:
3. Click the Application tab.
4. In the left-hand menu, select Storage.
5. Click Clear site data.
6. Close Chrome completely.
7. Reopen Chrome and go back to the website.
8. Try again.

Firefox (Mac)

  1. Open Firefox and go to the website.
  2. Click Firefox in the top menu bar, then select Settings.
  3. Go to Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  5. Click Manage Data.
  6. Search for the website, select it, and click Remove Selected.
  7. Click Save Changes.
  8. Close Firefox completely.
  9. Reopen Firefox and return to the website.
  10. Try again.

Windows users can follow the steps below to help address the problem.

  1. Open the website in your browser.
  2. Press F12 on your keyboard.

If the inspect panel does not open:

  • Right-click anywhere on the page.
  • Select Inspect.

Once the inspect panel is open:
3. Click the Application tab at the top.
4. In the left-hand menu, select Storage.
5. Click Clear site data.
6. Close your browser completely.
7. Reopen the browser.
8. Go back to the website and try again.
