Role Details: 

Position: Senior Java Developer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Innovative Development: Architect, design, code, and debug product features using the latest web and mobile technologies.

• Translating Vision into Code: Convert complex business requirements into executable, high-quality code.

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical challenges, ensuring seamless and scalable solutions.

• Sales Support: Collaborate with the presales and sales executive teams to provide technical insights and support.

• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.

• Prototyping and Innovation: Rapidly create and test prototypes, learning from real-world feedback to refine and enhance our products.

• Agility and Curiosity: Challenge the status quo, ask insightful questions, and explore “what if” scenarios to drive continuous improvement.

• Quality and Testing: Embrace test-first development, utilizing modern test frameworks to ensure top-notch quality in every release.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data to inform decisions, balancing intuition with empirical evidence.

• Effective Communication: Engage in meaningful technical discussions, articulating ideas and solutions clearly and effectively. 

Technical Skills Required: 

• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Java/JEE for enterprise applications.

• Architectural Expertise: 2+ years in roles focused on business/technology alignment.

• Database Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in MongoDB/ NoSQL

• Java Mastery: Strong skills in Java, Java EE platforms, Spring framework, Hibernate, JSP.

• Web Development: Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, JSON, Angular, API Development/Integration with third party APIs. and related frameworks.

• DevOps Savvy: Familiarity with Git, CI tools, Sonar, and other DevOps practices.

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS.

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in performance and scalability.

• Agile Methodology: Proven track record in Agile environments with excellent communication skills.

• Continuous Learning: Passion for learning new technologies and upgrading existing ones.
