As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between product, development, and customer needs—helping to define, refine, and deliver impactful and reliable solutions.  

About the Role:  

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our product meets customer needs and business goals. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining user stories, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and working closely with developers to ensure proper implementation. Additionally, you will maintain product documentation to ensure internal teams have clear and up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation. 

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to define and document product requirements. 

• Write detailed and clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. 

• Maintain and update product documentation for internal and external stakeholders. 

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Quality Assurance. 

• Develop test cases based on business requirements and conduct UAT to validate product functionality. 

• Work closely with QA and development teams to track and resolve issues. 

• Ensure features meet business and technical requirements before release. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration. 

• Act as a liaison between Product, Development, and Customer Teams to align business objectives with technical solutions. 

• Communicate and clarify requirements with developers to ensure proper implementation. 

• Work with Product Managers to refine and prioritize product backlog. 

• Process & Documentation Maintenance. 

• Continuously update documentation for new features, workflows, and processes. 

• Identify areas for process improvements in how requirements and testing are handled.

Required Qualifications:  

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS or software development environment. 

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. 

• Experience with UAT and ensuring product features align with business requirements. 

• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable development tasks. 

• Experience in documenting workflows and processes in a clear, visual, and structured manner 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. 

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma (or similar).
