  Role Details:  Position: Data Analysis & Reporting Specialist Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)    Role Description:  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analysis & Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive reporting solution that provide actionable insights from our diverse data sources. You will leverage your strong analytical skills and deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database querying to create a reporting solution to serve as a data source for impactful reports and dashboards.  A key skill required will be the ability to directly query and analyze MongoDB databases, alongside other relational and non-relational databases.    Key Responsibilities:  Source Data Analysis: 

• Conduct thorough analysis of source data to understand its structure, quality, and relationships. 
• Identify data inconsistencies and propose solutions for data cleansing and normalization. 
• Document source data models and data dictionaries. 
• Write complex queries to extract and analyze data directly from MongoDB databases. 
• Optimize MongoDB queries for performance.

Database Modeling: 

• Design and implement efficient data models for reporting databases, considering performance, scalability, and data integrity. 
• Develop and maintain data warehouses and data marts to support reporting requirements. 

ETL and Data Pipelines: 

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into reporting databases. 
• Build and manage data pipelines to ensure data consistency and accuracy. 
• Troubleshoot and optimize data pipeline performance. 

Reporting and Visualization:

• Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI). 
• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses to answer business questions.

Database Querying and Optimization: 

• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.

Collaboration and Communication:

   Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in database reporting and data analysis.
