Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Specialist with expertise in AWS Cloud Services and DevOps tools to design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud-based infrastructure management, automation, monitoring, and deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in AWS Cloud Services (: EC2, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Load Balancing, Backup and Restore, Log Management, CloudWatch, SES, Kinesis Firehose, CloudTrail and Athena.).
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive reporting solution that provide actionable insights from our diverse data sources. You will leverage your strong analytical skills and deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database querying to create a reporting solution to serve as a data source for impactful reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities:

Source Data Analysis:

Position: QA Analyst (Manual/Automation) Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)   

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web and Mobile Tester with expertise in both Manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing both manual and automated tests for web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for developing automated test scripts using tools like Java, Selenium, TestNG, Appium, and conducting manual testing to ensure product quality across multiple platforms. Additionally, you will perform API testing using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured. For MongoDB testing, you will be required to handle both manual and automated tests, ensuring data consistency and integrity. On an as-needed basis, you will also validate some manual checks to ensure thorough test coverage and quality. Experience with AWS services like EC2 and CloudWatch will be considered a strong advantage.  

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Program Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver complex projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Technical Insight: Engage deeply with developers using our core stack (Java, AWS, Python, MongoDB, Angular), identifying potential technical challenges, contributing to solution design, and supporting scalable architectures, distributed systems.

• Strategic Alignment: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical roadmaps and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.

• Agile Execution: Lead Agile ceremonies, maintain an organized backlog, and optimize sprint processes for efficiency and quality output.

• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and maintain clear communication around timelines and deliverables.

• Process Improvement: Continuously refine program management methodologies, improve team workflows, and increase overall productivity.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive technical specifications, architectural documentation, and transparent progress reports.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key liaison between business and engineering, manage cross team projects, ensuring everyone understands objectives, timelines, and constraints.

• Issue Resolution: Facilitate quick resolution of technical issues, working closely with developers to debug, troubleshoot, and ensure successful deployments.

• Driving quality assurance teams towards ensuring software quality.

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in software development. 

• Prior hands-on coding experience is a must.

• Proven track record building and delivering SaaS products.

• Strong grasp of system architectures, APIs, modern software development tools, and best practices. 

• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). 

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering projects in a fast-paced environment. 

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Proven ability to deliver software products on time, within scope, and at high quality. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Familiarity with our core technologies: Java, AWS, Python, MongoDB, and Angular. 

• Experience scaling messaging or communication platforms.
