RingCentral Customer TCR Status

Thank you for checking on your customer's TCR status! We're here to help you. If you have any questions please visit www.beetexting.com/rcbt and send us a message.

How to find TCR status:

  1. Navigate to the customer's admin portal
  2. Select Phone System from the top row
  3. Navigate to Business SMS from the left column
  4. Select SMS TCR Registration from dropdown - this will show you the status.
    1. If nothing shows then the customer still needs to register with TCR. Please assist them.
